Gutter and drain spout clean out.
We will clean out all gutters and drain spouts on your home or business (limited to one story buildings or the first floor of a multi story building). We will remove all debris that is causing the clog and dispose of it as well. The debris that causes the clogs can also become a nesting site to ants, roaches, mice, and numerous other pest that can become a problem. Payment is required at the completion of the service. (Residential customers only)
Rodent exclusion services
We understand the importance of rodent exclusion to keep the mice and other rodents, such as rats and squirrels ,out of your home or office, we also understand the difficulty in being able to do the exclusion yourself. After all, with all the knowledge needed to figure out all the possible places that they can enter a building, then the time it will take that you can spend with your family or customers instead of doing this hard work, it is difficult. We will make it simple for you. We are happy to come inspect and get the job done for you . This includes the cost of materials needed to complete the job. Payment is required at the completion of the service. (Residential customers only)
Gutter Inserts
We will install Leaf Defier brand gutter inserts. These inserts are treated and guaranteed not to rot, cause mold, mildew, or fungus. They also prevent any unwanted pests from make your gutter their nesting site. These inserts also keep your gutter and down spouts from getting clogged with debris from trees, wind, sand, and other items that you would normally have to clean out.
Bird Control
We understand the problems pest birds such as pigeons can cause to your business and home, not to mention the image this problem sends to your customers. There are also many health risks that are associated with pest bird problems. We have many different products available to us for the control of problem birds. Our control measures is the finest in Eastern NM.
Wildlife Control
Wildlife is great to look at while your out camping or hiking. But what do you do when that wildlife starts coming to your home or office to observe you? These pest are unwanted and are associated with many different disease and virus. Some of which are very deadly. Some of the wildlife we can control are Skunks, Raccoons, Prairie Dogs, and birds (See above).
Training
Bed Bugs are on the rise again. Not only in hotels, but also in restaurant and other business and even in homes. We can train your employees to identify theses and many other pests that are present in our area.
Bat houses
We dig the hole, install the pole and the bat house. If you have an area that has a clear 15 foot radius facing the south and east, we can install it for you. Having these fine flying creatures around is the best kind of all natural pest control. The wonderful animals eat many insects around our home. We will install the bat houses on your lot (not available inside the city limits). We also offer bat exclusion for your structures.
